Best Ever Tahini Dressing
I have never tasted a more delicious salad dressing, ever, ever, and I eat a lot of salads. This tahini dressing is so delicious you can have it with a plain bowl of sprouts or greens, drizzle it over vegetables or eat it with a bowl of radishes and cabbage. It's filled with anti-oxidants and beneficial ingredients.
Makes 1½ cups
- ½ cup raw tahini
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onions
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Braggs Aminos or Soy sauce
- ½ freshly squeezed lemon
- 2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Add all the ingredients into a blender and keep going until everything has mixed together.
It lasts just over 3 days in the fridge. Keep it in a sealed bottle or container.
