1. Meenal Healing Meenal Healing (Transformative Reiki) combines the gentle and motherly warm energies of Gaia with the powerful transformative energies and the pure intelligence of divine consciousness. Meenal means “precious gemstone”. I received this spiritual name from my teacher, Vivek in India. In this healing lineage, a crystal gets transmitted into the heart of the healer. This works as an amplifier for high-frequency transformative energies and universal consciousness and makes this healing modality very powerful. I work as a conduct or mediator for the consciousness to flow into the healee. Apart from channeling pure awareness, also consciousness with certain qualities gets transmitted into the receiving person. These qualities are the ones of the four Avatars (divine incarnations) or ascended masters Mahindra, Babaji, Sri Yuteswar and Jesus Christ. Transformative Reiki supports the whole human being to come into balance and to evolve to states of higher consciousness. This changes the code of “junk“ DNA (DNA which decodes for higher consciousness) and with that helps to integrate higher frequencies of energy into the physical body to facilitate awakening and living from an awake place. “Awakening should always be lived and integrated into one’s life, as it is pointless if it stays dormant in the mind and creates just the “story“ of being awake.“ I also teach this healing modality for the light to be spead. 2. Yoga Therapy I teach one-on-one Yoga Therapy. A therapeutic yoga session is specially formulated according to your needs and will always include; Asana (yoga poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and deep relaxation methods (like Yoga Nidra or healing sounds). The approach in Yoga Therapy is, that most of our diseases are related to tensions and stress which we accumulate throughout our lives. The tension manifests, if not released, in our physical body in the form of different diseases. In Yoga Therapy we use specific yoga postures, breathing exercises, visualizations and relaxation methods to cure different diseases from high blood pressure, depression, insomnia, chronic fatigue, migraine, slipped discs, obesity, digestive problems, thyroid problems and more. I’m also available for one-on-one classes, using any of my techniques or practises. for working on specific topics in yoga (like preparing and learning a headstand for example) or you may bring a small group of people with similar needs where I could teach a personalised yoga class. 3. Sound Therapy Using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Windchimes and Tuning Forks on and around your body. With the sound and vibrations penetrating the body, it relaxes into itself and becomes a fertile ground for calmness, clarity, healing and transformation. It has the power to release deep rooted trauma out of our cellular memory, bringing our cells and our whole system into balance. 4. Sound Meditation Using sound and breath the body relaxes into itself and becomes a fertile ground for calmness, clarity, healing and transformation. Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique leading to meditation. In this state of deep relaxation, we connect to our subconscious and unconscious mind, in a very receptive way – releasing deep-rooted tensions layer by layer, allowing transformation from deep within to happen. Yoga Nidra is part of every Yoga Therapy as it is a deep and extremely relaxing method to release tension and work on a specific resolution. We store the tension in the muscular, emotional and mental system of our body so they get stored in different layers of our personality. Yoga Nidra is a way to release these deep rooted tensions layer by layer. The practice of Yoga Nidra assists in preventing possible diseases and helps to heal ourselves through deep relaxation and release. One could say that Yoga Nidra cleanses your body, mind and spirit. Yoga Nidra has the power to transform one’s personality.
