Meditation is a bit like exercise - there are so many different types. If you want to start meditating, but don't know where to begin or you've tried meditating using an app without success or you think that you have too many thoughts to meditate properly - this is the course for you. In the Exploring Meditation Course I will introduce you to the four main categories of meditation. Every week in our class, I'll teach you a different meditation technique from a different category. And then you get an audio guide, so you can practice that technique for the week at home. You'll end up having experienced four different meditation techniques, so you can get an idea of what suits you best. You'll also get tips and support on how to approach meditation and how to set up your personal meditation routine. Classes are on Wednesdays the 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd of October from 7-8pm.
