Chloe is a qualified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Nutrition and Weight Management Coach. She has been practicing yoga for over 6 years, and teaching full-time for the past 3 years. She is passionate about the power of yoga to help awaken our true potential as human beings and aims to share these teachings of self-empowerment and upliftment with as many people as she can. She is the the co-founder of the companies Shift and Chloe-Yoga. Both are mindful organisations that provide online yoga and mindfulness courses & classes as well as events and retreats.
She also offers personal yoga sessions, corporate yoga and meditation, pregnancy and post-natal yoga.
