Ellie’s healing covers the whole system: head, heart and body. I explored cranio in late 2020 while undergoing multiple life changes and came across Ellie and her sanctuary in Houtbay. My healing has been phenomenal and attributed to her being fully present in the sessions with her intuition, her life experience and her healing hands. I leave the sessions relaxed yet fully aware to all of me, head, heart and body. The initial sessions were intense and we both had to work quite hard, I am now in maintenance mode and keeping a great balance.
