CHI NEI TSANG ABDOMINAL DETOX MASSAGE

'The Taoist sages of ancient China observed that humans often develop energy blockages in their internal organs that result in knots and tangles in their abdomens. These obstructions occur at the center of the body's vital functions and constrict the flow of Chi (energy), our life-force. The negative emotions of fear, anger, anxiety, depression and worry cause the most damage. Problems can also be caused by overwork, stress, accidents, surgery, drugs, toxins, poor food and bad posture.

When obstructed the internal organs store unhealthy energies that can overflow into other bodily systems and surface as negative emotions and sickness. The Taoist discovered that most maladies could be healed once the underlying toxins and negative forces were released from the body. They developed the art of CHI NEI TSANG to recycle and transform negative energies that obstruct the internal organs. CHI NEI TSANG clears out the toxins, bad emotions and excessive heat or heat deficiencies that cause the organs to dysfunction.

As an art and science, CHI NEI TSANG complements Reflexology, Psychology, Reiki, Shiatsu, Swedish Massage and similar therapies. However, unlike most practices which use indirect methods to contact the internal organs, CHI NEI TSANG directly massages the internal organs. It is the most comprehensive approach to energizing, strengthening and detoxifying the internal system. What a relief!

If you live in Cape Town, you're so lucky to have Nicky van Eck nearby! I am so grateful to have come across Nicky and her work. I got to have 3 treatments with her on my trip to Cape Town and wish I could have talen her back with me in my suitcase. :) I have suffered a great deal with intense menstrual cramps, endometriosis for most of my life. In my first abdominal massage session I knew I had come to the right place. What a relief! Nicky is gentle and firm in all the right ways and so intuitively tuned into my body and what it was needing. I never realised quite how tight certain parts of my belly were! Thanks to Nicky's tips and encouragement I have continued working with my abdominal area and am noticing a big shift as I can breathe more into my belly and feed more energy and oxygen into my womb area. I highly recommend the massage, even if just to connect with your organs! What a way to welcome your body into this world and invite tenderness towards yourself. I have also been enjoying monthly steam rituals. It's an awesome relaxing -moment, feels great and the whole house smells delicious afterwards! My periods have been more manageable, although still painful . Time will tell, and In combination with a change in my eating habits I feel so hopeful and confident now that I will no longer need to continue suffering as I have and heal. Sooooo grateful!

Safety through Space Holding

Dearest Nicky, I have been in deep gratitude for you, your existence, and your wisdom over the last few weeks. As I move into my 3rd year of hosting an immersion for women's work I am preparing my body for yet another intensive space holding. Something powerful happens when my body enters into this space, I find as I draw energy to work for the community, I call on all the teachers and mentors from the lineages I've been trained in devotion to this work. You have been coming up for me during my recent process. I feel you and I've been honoring you. You held space for me during a time when I was so afraid. I was moving through such disconnection from my yoni, my womb, and the incredible power that was locked away inside of me for more than half my life as a woman. Nicky is such magic. She has created such a safe, loving yet informative space. I felt held and free to express whatever came up. The treatment itself was uncomfortable at times (I felt totally prepared for that) and days later, I'm already seeing the changes and shifts in my physical body and energetic field. Mindblowing experience! Abdominal Massage

I found Nicky and her offering via Holistica searching for treatments and coursed to help myself with releasing tightness in the lower part of my body. I expected it to be a massage that detoxifies my body BUT was blown away by the consultation and conversation that I had with Nicky before and after, as well when she explained that with this technic she also will help me to release a lot of stocked emotions. The massage itself was very carefully done and gentle, not uncomfortable at all. I could easily relax, also because Nicky was very polite and respectful, following what my body needs. The days after the massage was very special. I felt very emotional, but also knew that this was caused by touching and relaxing certain muscles and organs and this is my chance to release it. Very beautiful and highly recommendable treatment to support your body with any emotions sitting tight (conscious or unconscious).

This treatment has been incredibly healing for me. By its nature, it is a challenging process. Some degree of physical pain/discomfort is entailed, but the results are phenomenal. I've experienced it twice and, both times, was amazed by the difference I felt in my body and being. Nicky is extremely intuitive and present with her touch and manner and I feel completely safe in her hands. I feel she has a particular calling and gift with this offering and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Nicki is an extremely receptive giver, she listens to your body with her fingers and opens her intuition to the messages your body may be sending through the layers of traumatized cells, which we have learnt to numb and silenced. I have been on a journey of deepening my understanding of what the trauma is in my abdomen for over 5 years, causing me extreme discomfort and dis-ease most of the time. I have been on many diets and fasts, scrutinized each ingredient of every meal, their origin and blessed love over every bite of food that I ate. Throughout this time, it has gotten better, I have become more conscious of what my body likes and does not like, but in this last month, since I received a treatment from Nicki, my body has been rapidly changing it’s tolerance of certain foods, allowing me to expand my list of ingredients and has been very active in communicating to me what it liked and didn’t like. I feel as if the communication lines have cleared. In the treatment there was a specific emotion that came up, and just the naming of that key-word, unlocked something in me to allow the feeling of that trapped emotion and set it free. Nicki gave me some home-work to do on myself, showed me where all the right places are to stimulate with self-massage and it’s been amazing to connect deeper with my body on that level too! She is mastering this art, really, I highly recommend her! .... and she is also a very lovely, funny and quirky person that brings a beautiful lightness to possible awkward situations ;) I felt very comfortable to release deeply through voicing, crying and allowing unspeakable emotion to wash through me as it got liberated.

This is an incredibly valuable healing tool on many levels! I think everyone should experience a series of this treatment, or process.
