This weekend is being created for those new to Yoga wishing to learn the basics of asanas (postures) and also for those who want to return to the ancient practice and wisdom. We will eat some good nutritious food and mingle with like-minded people. There will be ample time to relax by the pool or at the beach, walks in the forest, lazy chats or just “me time” in this idyllic setting.
The weekend is about Yoga, meditation, pranayama and practicing mindfulness. The Yoga practices will be classical Hatha, Yin and Restorative and will allow time to explore YOUR asana practice during an interactive workshop.
With Pumula Retreat Centre having their own vegan / vegetarian Chef, there will be no need to be concerned about not eating enough or wondering if there will be food for you…. we will spend time talking nutrition and making some delectable dishes with her before your departure.
