Experiential, eight weeks, weekly training in mindfulness techniques. You will learn how to use your inner resources and abilities to better respond to stress, pain or illnesses.

Embark on a series of guided meditations, informal mindfulness practices, mindfulness yoga and many other exercises as well as taste first hand the transformative effect of this discipline

A life-affirming course in conscious living:
