Join us each week for an hour long session to discover simple techniques to promote health and happiness in your life.
This will include light yoga, breathing techniques, meditation and practical tips to help manage stress.
Yoga mats and cushions will be provided. The event is free of charge. All you need to bring is yourself in some comfortable clothing.
