Nothing saddens me more than seeing how well-intentioned parents are feeding their children food they think is healthy and nutritious but, in fact, is everything but. A great deal of this has to do with false marketing and the over-processing of ‘kids foods’ and snacks so easily available in supermarkets.
In this workshop, we will explore foods that are great for children, those that should be avoided or limited, as well as alternatives. We will cover recipes that can easily be cooked for the whole family, cancelling the need to make separate meals. We will cover breakfasts, main meals, snacks and healthy treats.
Note: All food prepared are free from processed food (spices and sauces), wheat and sugar, and use whole food cooking methods to ensure optimal nutritional value.
