Today I weave together Yoga, Cyclical wisdom, Menstruality and Creativity to empower and support you on your own personal journey. I am drawn to working with women, but my work extends to all that resonate with it.I teach from the heart, from a place of grounding, reality and definitely humour! I accept you, and all the messiness we are in life, my work is creative, authentic, practical, humble and accessible. I live in South Africa with my supportive Husband and Wild young daughter.I am committed and connected to the energy that nurtures and empowers, I deeply honour my inner wisdom and creativity. I believe there is knowledge of what we need to thrive in life deep within us all. We do not need to search outside to find it. If we learn to listen to our own wisdom and intuition the power is there.
