Layering the mind, body and spirit.WATSU® is a hydrotherapy that is performed in a heated swimming pool of 35 degrees celsius. A combination of floating stretches and shiatsu pressure points which help regulate the central nervous system and calm the vagus nerve which encourages one’s body to heal itself. Taking one back into an ‘embryonic state’ as like in the mother’s womb for a total rebirth.Danielle provides a unique approach to physical and emotional recovery, helping clients rebuild from injury, post operation, grief, mental health, anxiety and insomnia.
