Kristy is a sound practitioner who holds a B Tech Degree in dance/choreography and a certification in Pilates, yoga and children’s yoga. She has written and published two children’s illustrated books: ‘The Rainbow Within’ and ‘My Rainbow of Energy’.Kristy’s fascination with vibrational medicine and the crystal singing bowls led her to sound healing as a modality with the Sound Healing Academy in the Uk and the ‘The Sacred Sound Healer Training Program’ with the Shift Network in the USA. She currently facilitates sound journeys in and around beautiful Cape Town using a variety of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, a monalina, a gong and chimes.Kristy is passionate about the transformative power of sound and offering people a space to deeply relax and heal on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
