I’m a certified Coach and the founder of Lumé Wellness Retreats (a luxury retreat travel company based in South Africa).I’m a certified Enneagram & Life Coach (through InnerLifeSkills), and currently working toward my ICF credential. My coaching helps women to slow down, look inward and find their own inner wealth - bringing clarity, courage, and intuition to the surface. I help women who are dealing with tough transitions, trying to find or reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, or wanting to accept themselves fully, so that they can live their best lives.I also design thoughtful, high-end private wellness journeys for women (and women with their partners, friends, or groups of women) who are navigating burnout, heartbreak, or that underlying “there must be more than this” feeling. With nearly a decade in the meetings, incentives & luxury travel industry, I’m deeply comfortable with complexity, logistics, problem-solving, and connecting with people.
