How wonderful it is to be in a position in life where you find and follow your lifes' purpose, sometimes quite unexpectedly. Staying connected, fully present and being non-judgmental has deepened my experiences in life. Moving mindfully and with ease, brings about a graceful way of being present as we flow through the natural course of life. I am here to serve, but I know my boundaries.
