CRUSSEN ON BREATH

More than a breathwork practice, this is a way of being that will shift your life completely. Breathing is actually secondary as what I teach and guide is rather a feeling practice. You know how to breathe! Your body knows how it wants to be breathed! Relax your mind and let your body guide the session. Mindfulness is the practice of bringing our attention to the present moment, without judgment or distraction. By focusing our minds on the here and now, we can reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity and focus, and increase feelings of happiness and well-being. One of the most effective ways to cultivate mindfulness is through the practice of meditation. Meditation involves sitting quietly and focusing on the breath, allowing thoughts to come and go without judgment or attachment. Over time, this practice can help us become more aware of our thoughts and feelings, allowing us to respond to them in a more conscious and intentional way. By becoming more mindful, we can develop greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
