• Daily Breakfast Buffet – healthy, organic & freshly grown.
• Welcome Dinner: A delicious Greek Mezza spread at Milelia.
• Village Dinner: Enjoy dinner at a well-known restaurant in the village.

Yoga: Fusion Vinyasa

My unique Fusion Vinyasa style is a combination of the four yoga disciplines I have studied and practiced for over two decades:

• SYNERGY – Spinal awareness & anatomical understanding
• FORREST – Emotional and core connection
• IYENGAR INFLUENCE – Precision & alignment
• VINYASA – Graceful flow

Retreat Pricing (in Euros €):

• Sharing Room: €1450 (approx R28,500)
• Private Room: €1680 (approx R33,157)
  A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due by May 1st, 2025.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel by November 2024 – 80% refund
• Cancel by January 2025 – 50% refund
• Cancel by March 2025 – 25% refund
• No refund from April 2025 onwards, unless you find a replacement for your spot.
