About Alrina
Alrina is a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine and the founder of Sacred Ember. She belongs to a lineage of Fire Shamans from the Laika Masters of Peru, with her work rooted in the ancient teachings of the Andes and the Andean Medicine Wheel. Her practice is guided by the Quechua principle of Ayni — sacred reciprocity and harmony with all life.
Her journey into this sacred path began after a life-changing car accident, where the loving presence of her animal companion, Xavier, guided her toward deep inner healing. This profound experience awakened her calling to serve — not only individuals seeking transformation, but also the animals and spaces they share.

Is Energy Medicine the same as Therapy or Counseling?
No. Shamanic Energy Medicine does not involve talking through your issues or receiving advice or counsel. The work happens at the level of your energy field, I am not here to tell you what to do or how to think. I am here to help clear what is held energetically so that your own inner wisdom can emerge more clearly.
Do I need to believe in Energy Medicine for it to work?
No. Openness is more useful than belief. Many clients arrive sceptical and leave transformed. What matters most is a genuine willingness to receive and transform.
Can an Energy Medicine Session be done remotely?
Yes, and with equal effectiveness. Energy is not bound by physical proximity. Remote sessions via Zoom are held with the same intention, presence, and depth as in-person work.
How many Energy Medicine Sessions will I need?
Every person and every journey is different. A single session can bring real and meaningful shift. For deeper or longer-held patterns, I offer a 4-session package which gives the work the space it needs to reach the root and allow genuine integration. Absolutely. Please continue that work. Shamanic Energy Medicine is a complementary practice, it works alongside, not instead of, conventional medical or psychological care.
