“And I said to my body, softly. ‘I want to be your friend.’ It took a long breath and replied, ‘I have been waiting my whole life for this.”” (nayyirah waheed)
I am excited to share my passion for Ayurveda with you. For me, Ayurveda is about learning to pay attention — to hear your body and your heart, even when they whisper.
My approach is what I call “Feminine Form” Ayurveda. It is about allowing, yielding, and feeling into what the body is communicating. This is a holistic approach to health that honours the body, mind, and soul, rather than following a purely linear mindset of “let’s fix it.”
One of the beautiful aspects of Ayurveda is that it is not only a natural healing system — it is also a way of life.
Ayurveda offers a set of principles and practices that can be gently integrated into your day-to-day life. As you deepen your understanding, you begin to experience how small, mindful changes can create lasting balance and wellbeing.
Our work together begins with exploring the different aspects of your life to understand what supports your wellbeing and where imbalance may be present.
We will look at areas such as:
Daily stress and emotional patterns
Sleep routines
What and when you eat
Movement and exercise
Relationships and life rhythms
Digestion and elimination
From this place of awareness, we identify what is working in your system and what may need support.
Together we may work with accessible and nurturing practices such as:
Nourishing food choices
Lifestyle adjustments
Self-care rituals
Herbal support
Gentle movement
Daily rhythms and restorative practices
These tools help restore balance and bring greater ease into your life.
Sometimes lifestyle changes alone are not enough. At times, it becomes important to gently explore our personal history, conditioning, and inner patterns in order to untangle deeper imbalances.
If this is part of your journey, I am very open to walking that path with you. I bring a deep sense of curiosity and care to this process, and I value creating a safe space for meaningful exploration.
For me, Ayurveda is ultimately about living with truth and integrity — both within yourself and in relationship with the world around you.
At its heart, this ancient science reminds us of our intimate and harmonious connection with nature, and invites us to live in rhythm with it.
