I’ve attended yin yoga classes, an ayurvedic cooking course and the 6 month introduction to Ayurveda by Claire. In all of these classes she proved to be a gracious, knowledgeable, and well-experienced teacher. Her passion for yoga and Ayurveda really shines through and reflects in all her practices. The introductory course is a well thought out, full-bodied short course; perfect for anyone wishing to expand their knowledge or start their journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner. As someone who works full-time, these classes fit right into my busy schedule and are also affordable. Claire continues to embody health and healing by dedicating her life to bringing Ayurveda front and centre in South Africa.
