Many have thought that the mind is the birth place of our reality but there is a growing body of research which confirms what gurus and mystics have taught for centuries, that the human heart is the gateway to developing neurological, psychological, emotional and spiritual maturity.
It is the gateway to the journey of knowing thyself.
This means that your heart has the capacity to support and guide you on the journey to fully realising your potential, connecting with your soul, cultivating stronger relationships, healing from your past and consciously creating your reality.
My work is dedicated to supporting you to connect with the wisdom of this cosmic portal.
I create sacred healing containers for my clients to open their hearts, connect with their souls and activate deep multidimensional healing and change in their lives.
In this work I weave my life experiences, training in traditional coaching methodologies, psychology, hypnotherapy and energetic work with my shamanic initiations into the Rose Sisterhood and the healing traditions of the Mamsebeletsi – the South African Priestesses of the Womb who work with waters, herbal medicine and spirit to support our journeys back home to our souls & our multi-dimensionality.

These sessions are a magical opportunity to connect with your soul and to journey with your guides. The experience is a multi sensory dialogue between you and the other parts of yourself which exist beyond the veil and are seemingly unreachable whilst in this reality.
Your journey is anchored and guided by your intention & the questions which you seek the answers to. This means that you set the compass and the direction in which you travel to gain new understanding & knowledge about your emotional, mental, physical & spiritual self.
As the practitioner, I am your guide and mediator as you step through the veil into the Quantum Field to experience your multidimensional reality and begin to correct, heal & restore your souls original blueprint.
Spiritual Coaching – Evolve your Hearts capacity to support your spiritual evolution
Spiritual Consults are focused, intuitive, coaching & healing sessions which empower clients to view their life from a different perspective, the perspective of their heart.
I believe that we are all pure at heart and that it is our perception of our experiences that have trapped us into cycles of guilt, shame and fear. It takes courage to step up and say YES to breaking these cycles. It takes courage to say YES to the work of the heart, the work of truly uncovering and discovering the depths of who we really are.
When we begin to view the world through our Heart-Space we open up to the potential to activate multidimensional healing and begin to make small changes which lead to big shifts in consciously creating the life we have always dreamed of.
This work is all about clearing your energy field, re-connecting you with your authentic self, activating your mission and supporting you in your ascension.
