Hypnotherapy with Elena

In hypnotherapy, we combine a deeply relaxed state with focused attention. Each session brings more clarity in perception. Clients often begin to see new perspectives on situations that previously felt stuck or invisible.

This process usually unfolds over about 2 months, with sessions every 1–2 weeks.

FAQs

Q “Hypnosis is mind control.”

Not at all. No one can make you do something that goes against your values or beliefs.
Hypnosis isn’t about giving up control—it’s about deepening your connection with yourself.

Q “You can be hypnotized against your will.”

Hypnosis only works through cooperation.
If someone resists or feels afraid, the trance simply won’t happen.
The unconscious mind cannot be forced—it only engages when there is trust.

Q “Hypnosis makes you forget everything.”

Amnesia is a rare side effect—not the goal.
In fact, in hypnotherapy it’s important for you to remember what happened, so you can process and work with it afterward.

Q “Hypnosis doesn’t work for everyone.”

That’s like saying not everyone can fall asleep.
Hypnosis is a natural state that all people enter—often daily, like when daydreaming or getting lost in a book.
The difference lies in depth and how much trust you allow.

Q “It’s some kind of mystical or unscientific practice.”

Actually, hypnosis is one of the most studied methods in modern psychotherapy.
Brain scans (like fMRI and EEG) clearly show how brain activity shifts during trance.
This isn’t magic—it’s working with deep neural pathways in a focused and powerful way.
