Supporting meaningful change through awareness and reflection

Be the first to review

Hi, I’m Katja.

I work with people who want to better understand themselves, change unhelpful patterns and live with greater awareness, intention and emotional wellbeing.

My work sits at the intersection of applied psychology, mindfulness, behavioural development and reflective enquiry. Through conversation, self-awareness practices and practical behavioural tools, I help people navigate overwhelm, emotional reactivity, life transitions, relationships, leadership and personal growth.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in repetitive patterns or exhausted by the pace and pressure of modern life. Together we create space to slow down, think more clearly and develop healthier ways of responding to life.

My approach is reflective, practical and deeply human. I’m interested in what drives behaviour beneath the surface, how emotional patterns form and what helps people create meaningful, sustainable change over time.

FAQs

Q What do you help people with?

I help people develop greater self-awareness, emotional wellbeing and healthier ways of responding to life. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, reactive or disconnected from themselves. Together we explore the patterns, beliefs and behaviours shaping their experience and work toward more intentional, grounded ways of living.

Q What can someone expect from a session?

Sessions are reflective, practical and conversational. I create a calm, supportive space where people can think clearly, explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and develop practical ways to move forward. My work combines insight, self-awareness and actionable behavioural change.

Q What is your approach to personal growth?
