Conscious Connected Breathwork is a non verbal therapy that allows for  repatterning of  your daily breath, and rewiring of neurological pathways that do not serve you. It offers the opportunity for exponential levels of personal growth and transformation and can enable you to realize your true potential beyond limiting belief systems and societal conditioning.

During a Conscious Connected Breathwork session, you can expect to experience an increase in life force energy and mental clarity, feel a release of build-up stress, tension, repressed emotions, pain and trauma. It is also possible to reach altered states of consciousness and experience true bliss. Your breath is your guide and know what is needed for you to be accessed and experienced at the right moments.

In a safely held space, you have the opportunity to activate your own breath medicine and allow it to heal, guide, and energize the parts of yourself that have been lost or hurt along the way.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is your path to a greater sense of self-awareness and consciousness of yourself in the world and the world around you.

Through Kenshō Breathwork I offer retreats, group, couples and one-on-one CCB sessions in a tranquil environment at my studio in Simons Town. I am potentially also available throughout Cape Town and for online sessions.

FAQs

Q What is CCB?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a non verbal therapy that allows for repatterning of your daily breath and rewiring of neurological pathways that do not serve you. It offers the opportunity for huge levels of personal growth and transformation and can enable you to realize your true potential beyond limiting belief systems and societal conditioning.

Q What can I expect from a CCB session?

During a Conscious Connected Breathwork session, you can expect to experience an increase in life force energy and bliss and feel a release of build-up stress, anxiety, tension, repressed emotions, pain or trauma.

No two sessions will feel the same. Be sure that you will receive what is needed for you in the moment and that whatever your physical experience you can expect an inner transformation.

Q What does a CCB session look like?

Sessions are usually 90 minutes long with 45 - 60 minutes of active breathing, guided by specifically selected music.
We begin the session dropping into a breath awareness meditation and exploring breathwork techniques and discovering your level of breathing capacity. This is part of a somatic exercise in preparation for a deeper experience. Here I will also introduce the breathing pattern we will be engaging in. Conscious Connected Breathwork is continuous mouth breathing without a pause between the exhale and inhale. Through the music and my guidance you will be engaging in faster and slower continuous breathing to induce states of release as well as relaxation.

Q Do I need to prepare for a CCB session?

It is advised to not consume stimulants and alcohol a day before your session. A light meal is advised 2 -3 hours before a session. This is to ensure your own comfort and full mental clarity.
