Connecting spirituality and sexuality:
It is through our deepest connection with our bodies that we become aware of our spirit moving inside us. In meditation we turn the attention inward, into the body to connect with the essence of our being. With sex we are able to surrender even deeper into the body – through the body – and into the core of our being. This is what we want to feel when we make love to ourselves… our perfect raw being. This is what we want to sense when we make love to another – our spirits touching.
One-On-one sessions:
If you want to work with your strong flow of sexual energy, also known as life force, I can help you to access it. This awakening to the energy in the body is also the experience of full body orgasm. This is when the felt sense of self extends past only the genitalia and starts activating the entire body with bliss. The yoni and lingam are parts of our body is simply yearning to be integrated into the wholeness of our awareness of self. So yes… I do Lingam massage and Yoni massage. These are sacred rituals to restore a balanced connection with ourselves. And then.. I always work with the whole body… calling in the awakening to sensing more of your divine energy flow, from head to toe.
Is it Tantra?
I am not a tantra teacher. Meaning I am not going to teach you about the tantric deities and philosophy. Tantra and Taoism is a way, but it is not the only way back into our true essence. The way I work is completely in alignment with these ancient traditions. I choose to work directly with you, with your body and with your understanding of the flow of your life-force which happens to also be your sexual energy.

What to expect in a session:
A conscious sexuality session is a safe and respectful space for individuals to explore and honour their connection with their sexuality. The session begins with a chat about the person's sexual needs, fears, problems, desires, and boundaries, allowing them to express themselves in a non-judgmental environment. This conversation is very gentle, and the practitioner stays attentive to the client's personal needs throughout the session.
After the conversation the client will receive one and a half hour bodywork within mutually agreed boundaries. Bodywork facilitates a process of connecting with the deeper layers of a person's being. The body is also known as the unconscious mind and can play a role in creating inner peace and self-acceptance or can bring unhealed trauma into awareness. Body work can include one or more of the following elements: breath, voice, touch, massage, visualisation and movement.
This session is done from a mattress and cushions on the floor to allow for freedom of movement.
In preparation the client is advised to wear loose, comfortable clothing which allows easy movement. Also consider how much nudity you are comfortable with and prepare accordingly. Please note that the extent of touch will be tailored within the boundaries set by the client.
Throughout the session, the practitioner will check in with the client regularly to keep ensuring a positive, nurturing experience.
Overall, a conscious sexuality session is a powerful and transformative experience that can help individuals re-connect with their sense of self. It is a process of fully accepting oneself as a spiritual being alive in a sensual body.
