Astrology & Tarot

I have been interested in astrology since I was a teen (Linda Goodman was my gateway drug!) and have been studying and practising it since 2010. In 2015, I formalised my knowledge and skill when I graduated with distinction from a three-year diploma with Rod Suskin.

Astrology is a very empowering modality, as it helps us tune into the cycles of the planets and seasons, recognising that our lives move in cycles too. The old adage of ‘as above, so below’ is so true, and just by having this awareness we can be guided as to when to start things, when to accept endings, and more. I love the analogy of astrology as a form of weather forecasting – if you know it’s going to rain, you take an umbrella and you don’t plan a picnic!

I often find that my readings confirm what my clients already know, deep down. They learn to start trusting their intuition, and walk away empowered and re-assured. They also gain greater insight into themselves, their challenges and their strengths. It’s a great way of pausing and gaining clarity at times of facing major changes, looking for direction, searching for life purpose, questioning relationships, addressing health concerns, and more. 

My exploration of astrology has been (and still is) a deeply personal journey for me, changing the course of my life for the better. It’s not an airy fairy modality, but rather one that is grounded in thousands of years of tradition (with traditional astrology dating back to the Hellenistic time, at around 400 BC). 

I offer private astrology sessions in Hout Bay and via Skype /Zoom (I don’t need to see you in person to have a great reading). 

I also offer 12-week Astrology Basics & Intermeditae Courses with the School of Intuition and have been running these since 2016. These courses are a fantastic way to delve into your own Astrolgy chart and empower yourself.
