Mystic Crystals is a woman-owned and operated online-only crystal and new age spirituality shop based in the Western Cape, proudly shipping across South Africa.

Formerly known as The Mystic Cat (2018–2023), Mystic Crystals evolved in early 2024 to reflect our deepest passion and focus — crystals. Before that, founder Shaz ran physical shops in Cape Town and Durban under the name Earth DNA. Today, Mystic Crystals offers one of the largest crystal ranges in South Africa.

Our ethos is beautifully simple and rooted in care: old school, back to basics, plastic-free, and nature-friendly. Every order is hand-picked with intention and wrapped with love, ensuring each customer receives something truly special.

FAQs

Q How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. From placing your order to receiving it usually takes about 7 working days.

Q Can I collect my order?

Yes, we are in Suurbraak (20 minutes outside of Swellendam) in the Western Cape. Select "collect" under shipping options when checking out. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Q Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are online-only. We can ship to you anywhere in South Africa.

Q What are the shipping options?

Courier - R105
Pudo - R75
If your order is R1000 or more, shipping is free.

We also offer a stockpile option (look for the "Add To Box" option at checkout) meaning you can place several orders without paying for shipping until you’re ready to ship all the orders together, thus paying for shipping only once. And if your combined orders equal R1,000 or more, then shipping is free!
