Our Mission
We are phasing out dysfunctional relationships, unfulfilling sex, and loneliness. We are welcoming in clear and honest communication, empowered and enriching sexuality, and embodied connection to ourselves and others.
We are the oasis in the desert. A safe harbour for stillness and silence. A full-bodied YES when you mean YES, and NO when you mean NO.
We are actively creating opportunities to be brave and dig deeper, to address the taboos, to ask the difficult questions, and to explore the thousandfold ways of making love in this world.
Our Core Values
Inclusivity. We welcome and invite everyone and everything that wants to be there. Nothing hidden, nothing unspoken. Bring it all and lay it on the table between us. An inclusive space is an intimate space.
Integrity. Choosing courage over comfort. Practicing our values rather than simply professing them. Letting the elephant out of the room to create space for trust. Transparency & speaking our truth is sexy!
Sovereignty. You are responsible for your life. You are the designer of how you show up in the world. Step by step we learn to embody that authority and autonomy in all aspects of our lives. What life do you choose to create?
Community. When we gather together, we create a strong field for transformation. A collective container for profound insights and new ways of being. We hold, guide, mirror and support each other through the process. Together we stand.

What is Somatic Sexology?
Somatics is about “embodiment”, focusing awareness through the body. We use body-based practices to explore our physical nature and emotions. We awaken and nurture parts of ourselves that are often neglected, such as sexuality and intimacy. This is part of somatic learning – learning through the body.
Sexology is the study of people’s behaviours and interactions in sexuality. In our work, for example, we look at how shame may play a role in our sexual experiences, or how there are as many pathways to arousal as there are people on this planet.
This kind of inquiry helps to open ourselves to new ways of being, letting go of old habits and BS (belief systems) that inhibit our full potential for pleasure, aliveness and freedom.
