Transformational Life Coach
Hi and welcome. As a transformational life coach I have spent over 35 years working with people — in business, leadership, and in life — and my greatest gift is creating safe, transformational spaces where change can unfold with ease and authenticity.
I support women navigating life’s transitions, whether personal or professional, guiding them to reconnect with their own wisdom and step into the next chapter with clarity and courage. My experience in Human Resources and leadership development grounds my work in practical frameworks, while my passion for movement, mindfulness, and holistic practices brings depth and balance.
At the heart of what I do is the belief that authentic presence leads to real impact — in our lives, our relationships, and the teams and communities we belong to. I hold space for growth, healing, and possibility so that people can thrive, not just succeed.
Providing ongoing development opportunities is a passion I have been offering for over 20 years. These platforms currently include:
Women’s Worth Weekend
21 Day mantra chanting journeys
Personal and team WHY process (Simon Sinek’s the Golden Circle)
Board support in deepening trust, partnership and common vision
I offer a range of elements to support business, teams and individuals
HR role in business – redefining and remodelling
Strategy facilitation – at EXCO and leadership level
Optimising team effectiveness
Coaching & feedback
Never turn away the invitation to step into that space of discomfort, or unknown– that’s where the gifts lie and my word, they are priceless gifts.
Some things I have learnt in my journey as a transformational life coach:
A ‘tribe’ for me is like minded individuals that share a common outlook on life, are passionate about similar things and about fulling you with joy, energy and support.
I never really felt that I fitted in at school, it was a little better at college whilst studying – partly because I was party animal and this I what students did back then. I did forge great friendships, of which some more active than others currently. During my working years I distanced myself from true relationships in order to excel in my career, which I did very successfully.
It was only when I started my journey with nia in 2007 (thank you Sally) did I truly start resonate with this term tribe. My nia tribe, both locally in Cape Town, and internationally offer me the following:
Whether it is my community that I have built in my studio space that is see twice a week, fellow teachers I have journeyed with through intensive trainings, trainers who have offered diversity in practice or the international “friends” on facebook that I have never met personally – they are all my tribe. I can feel myself leaning into this global yet local village when I need to be supported.
Who is in your tribe?
Motivational speaker Jim Rohn famously said that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with.
As a transformational life coach my advice is to choose wisely…………….
