Her dedication has taken her to Northern India, where she refined her practice and sourced authentic Tibetan Singing Bowls. She believes that sound is an ancient technology—when used with intention, it has the power to realign, restore, and create shifts that words often cannot.

Using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, and Voice, Paola crafts each session as a safe and immersive space for deep connection and healing.
