WITCH WISDOM 101
What would a witch do in winter you ask… well she would chill the f out and make her own herbal remedies with a coven of sisters, of course.
During the Autumn & Winter months, witches descend into their inner worlds. They understand that it is a time to slow down, brew their healing concoctions, connect & cackle with their fellow wild sisters, & relax into the energy of this deep, sweet, seasonal shift.

Kiana Neethling
Kiana is trained as a yoga teacher, thai yoga massage practitioner, and is currently studying to become a counselor. She is also a Wild Nettle Team member and works closely with Annette to spread the magic of herbal infusions. She is passionate about living a simple life ~ close to the earth, surrounded by people she loves. Women’s work is at the core of all she does. Her wish is for women to feel at home in their bodies and to befriend the profound, yet often silenced, wisdom within them.
