Elaine gives the most amazing and tranquil classes, that leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day. She pays so much attention to detail and I love the care she gives to readjustments with all her students. Her classes are for all levels and can definitely be challenging if that’s what you are looking for but also not too challenging if you are a beginner and don’t want to push yourself.
