I'm Alrina, a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine based in the vibrant city of Cape Town, South Africa. My journey into this profound world began with an unexpected twist of fate – a car accident that, while deeply challenging, opened the door to my true calling.The scars from that life-altering event were softened by the love and wisdom of Xavier, a remarkable dog who became my soul companion and teacher. She guided me toward self-acceptance and deeper familial connections. Though her passing was painful, it also marked the beginning of my spiritual exploration. This led me to animal communication and a deeper understanding of our sacred connection to all beings.My quest for healing and self-discovery took me to the sacred mountains of Mount Shasta in California and later the expansive Karoo in South Africa. These transformative experiences deepened my connection to Spirit and solidified my path as a medicine woman and shaman. I have studied with The Four Winds under the guidance of world-renowned anthropologist Dr. Alberto Villoldo, where I completed my Masters in Shamanic Energy Medicine. This training, combined with my background as a Master-level Reiki Practitioner, as well as Animal Communication, allows me to integrate modern and ancestral techniques in my work. Beyond individual and animal healing, I also serve as a Corporate Shaman, working energetically to help organizations align with a new vision for their community of employees. By understanding the energetic shifts needed to build a thriving and connected workplace, I guide businesses in creating environments that foster collaboration, purpose, and resilience, paving the way for a new world of possibilities.Central to my practice is the philosophy of 'Showing Up,' which emphasizes being fully present and engaged in your personal journey. It aligns with the Quechua principle of Ayni – sacred reciprocity and harmony with all life. Together, these principles guide my healing sessions, courses and workshops, where I help people create their own new mythic map to overcome traumas, release blockages, and embrace a life filled with joy and love.I work with people seeking self-discovery and healing, as well as those looking to deepen their already existing spiritual practise. When it comes to our animal allies, I help people to understand and expand on their connection with their animals, especially during times of transition.My online courses and workshops focuses on transformation and integration of this transformation in each person’s daily life.
