Retief is a fantastic teacher!!
Retief has been my yoga instructor for more than 5 years now. His focus on a safe and stable practice has helped me heal from past injuries and instabilities in my body. His instructions are clear and his classes are always fun, incorporating different styles of movement practice, like qigong/thai chi. On top of that he gives a fantastic massage and his sound healing journeys are mesmerising! I’d recommend his practice and treatments to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable healing journey. Lastly I’ll add that Retief is such a kind and warm hearted soul. You’ll be wanting to be his best friend in no time!
