I found the sessions to be very helpful in trying to understand my fears and personality better, and finally to formulate better strategies for how to manage my life. Her questions really helped me open up and realise more aspects of my natural abilities. Also I am now more able to stop and breathe... and reflect before reacting. This has helped with my anxiety too. All in all these sessions would really help everyone in today's stressful world where one is overwhelmed with so much negative propaganda everywhere.
