Kirsten counseled me through one of the most challenging times of my life. I came to her lost and hopeless, with terribly low self-esteem and undiagnosed PTSD. I left with the tools, faith, and courage to heal and grow through life's challenges. This was over 10 years ago and I still carry the lessons she taught me and consider her to be one of my greatest mentors.
