HELD began with a simple question: who holds the people who hold everyone else?

This event is a seasonal retreat, offering a day of nourishment, connection, ritual and care.

We begin at Sweetwater, tucked into the forest beneath the mountain.

Arrive, leave your role at the gate, select your tea, and allow the forest to hold you from here.

We’ll gather for a forest tea ritual and a spacious brunch overlooking the mountain, with time to meet one another outside of the roles we usually occupy.

From Sweetwater, we drop gently into the mountain trail that connects our two sanctuaries, walking alongside the forest and water towards Akasha.

Inside the temple, we settle in and receive an immersive journey with sound by Antoinette Bishop.

And finally, the fire.

Time to reflect, laugh, connect and allow the day to settle.
