BANANA, SPINACH, TAHINI SMOOTHIE
Make this ultra-creamy BANANA, SPINACH, TAHINI SMOOTHIE for satisfying sustenance with lemon.
INGREDIENTS FOR BANANA, SPINACH, TAHINI SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup SPINACH leaves
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
- 1 medium frozen spotty BANANA, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons tahini
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
GARNISH
Drizzle of tahini, toasted sesame seed, lemon zest and cut BANANA slices.
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
2. Pour into a glass and garnish with sesame seeds, some lemon zest and cut BANANAS.
