Constellation Circle – Land of Birth
In keeping with Pachamama month (a celebration held in Peru every August), the theme for the Constellation Circle is “Land of Birth” – exploring your relationship to your birthplace and meeting with your itu and paqarina.
In the cosmology of Peru, it is understood that we have both biological parents and energetic earth parents. The Itu and Paqarina are the spirit beings linked to our place of birth – the itu is the masculine and paqarina the feminine, our energetic earth mother and father. The Itu is usually a mountain, an apu, and the Paqarina, a river or body of water.
This is a morning of Group Family Constellations (you can read more about group constellations here), and constellation exercises. As always, there will be group constellations that flow from the constellation exercises, exploring the circle’s theme, and pre-booked constellations for those who want to be sure of having their own constellation (on any issue).
The workshop cost of R500 includes tea with snacks and a light lunch.
A pre-booked constellation costs R1650
The workshop is on Thursday, 20 August. The Constellation Circle starts at 9.30, however, you are welcome to arrive at 9.10 for tea and fruit beforehand. We end by 15.30. The cost includes a light lunch.
What is a Constellation Circle?
A Constellation Circle at Inner Peace Healing is a combination of Group Family Constellations facilitated by Robyn Fergus and Constellation Exercises.
The morning starts in circle with a meditation to land and reflect on the theme.
The Constellation Exercises allow all participants to do some personal work in groups of 2 or 3. The exercise is related to the theme of the Constellation Circle. It is a structured constellation – the representative’s roles are prescribed by what needs to be reflected or revealed based on the theme. They are done in silence; the only speaking is the healing sentence if part of the exercise. Afterwards, there is time for sharing. Over the past few years, I have witnessed beautiful shifts flow from these powerful short exercises.
Group Constellations flow out from the Constellation Exercises, i.e. looking at an issue that may have been revealed in the constellation exercise that requires work to bring healing. Who is chosen for the constellation is decided on the day.
There are 2 spaces for pre-booked Group Family Constellation. These can be on any issue which requires healing.
During the morning, there is a tea break with snacks and later on, a lunch break during which a light meal is served.
Depending on what arises during the session, a healing shamanic drum journey may be included in the Constellation Circle.
