IMMUNITY SHOT.
Take an immunity shot to boost your system. Repeated bouts of winter coughs and colds urge us towards preventative measures. RECIPE FOR YOUR IMMUNITY SHOT
- 1 x tablespoon high strength soy-lecithin concentrate (PC-55). Ask your health shop.
- 1 x cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1.5 tablespoons of virgin olive oil or peanut oil.
- Mix the soy-lecithin concentrate with the orange juice.
- Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes then mix or blend together. Add one generous tablespoon of virgin olive oil or peanut oil and blend thoroughly.
- The mixture is best taken in the morning on an empty stomach every three days. Be mindful if you have a high cholesterol count and check in with your practitioner beforehand.
